i found the location ideal, close to major attractions. the room was very clean with a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly (i felt welcome from the start). i definitely recommend this hotel.
i found the lighting controls a bit difficult to use at night when i needed to go to the bathroom.

The hotel features great design and decor. I thought the room was spacious and very functional. i really liked the room, it felt comfortable and clean. the breakfast had a wide selection of food and everything seemed fresh, which i appreciated. i found the front desk, room service, and restaurant service very attentive to my needs.
i did notice a slight delay at check-in, there seemed to be a minor queue, though it moved reasonably quickly.
