clean room comfortable bed friendly staff ideal location
i found the location ideal, close to major attractions. the room was very clean with a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly (i felt welcome from the start). i definitely recommend this hotel.
i found the lighting controls a bit difficult to use at night when i needed to go to the bathroom.

The breakfast had fab coffee and interesting takes on classic options. i also had afternoon tea in the commons club restaurant. It was like a real treat. i recommend the rivera nocturne cocktail at the commons club bar.

the hotel had been beautifully restored and decorated with great colors. the grand chamber king room on the 8th floor was peaceful. the decor and furniture felt luxurious and created a relaxing space. the hotel also welcomes animal friends.

The hotel decor displayed a unique style. My room had complimentary decorations because of my honeymoon. The staff was helpful and kind to my dog. Food and drinks were faultless throughout my stay.

convenient location friendly staff modern equipment small room missing coffee machine expensive breakfast
the hotel location is very convenient. i found the staff to be friendly and helpful. the gym had modern equipment for a good workout.
the room felt smaller than expected. there was no coffee machine, only a kettle was available. breakfast wasn't included and cost extra.

the hotel is in a fairly central location.
A sour note came at checkout. The person didn't even say thank you or goodbye. i did not see the point of the doormen. they just stood there and didn't speak unless spoken to

amazing central stay!
great design spacious room fresh food attentive service
The hotel features great design and decor. I thought the room was spacious and very functional. i really liked the room, it felt comfortable and clean. the breakfast had a wide selection of food and everything seemed fresh, which i appreciated. i found the front desk, room service, and restaurant service very attentive to my needs.
i did notice a slight delay at check-in, there seemed to be a minor queue, though it moved reasonably quickly.

The breakfast buffet includes a variety of pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. I found the coffee station to be well-stocked, and the dining area featured large windows, though the staff was attentive.

this hotel has an ideal location, with only a short walk to major attractions! i could easily walk to the castle and explore many nearby pubs and restaurants, made getting around super easy for all my sightseeing.

my chamber king room had a separate sleeping area, along with a well-designed dressing area! i thought his and hers dressing cabinets were a great touch. the bed was very comfortable. i liked that the room could be completely darkened for sleeping.
